We are proud of our Hall and work hard to maintain its standards but we have to ensure that all Hirers play their part:

• You will need to read, comply with, and sign the full Conditions of Hire details of which can be found here.

• Hire charges are per hour with discounts for local residents. (Foulden, Lamberton, Mordington.) Please read the details regarding deposits and payment.

• Arrangements for access/keys will be made with the Booking Secretary. Please check everything is locked, including windows, when you leave.

• The Hall is only insured for its activities, responsibilities and equipment. Please check you have any necessary insurance. Candles are not allowed.

• Please read the full Conditions of Hire carefully should you wish to use the kitchen.

• The Village Hall does not employ a caretaker, so you are responsible for cleaning all areas you use at the end of the hire. Please leave as you wish to find.

• Please do not disturb the neighbours with excess noise. There are finish times for musical activities.

• Please return all furniture to its proper storage area.

• Remember that the sale of alcohol requires YOU to get the license.

• Please make sure you are aware of the safety requirement for the Hall, including fire alarm and escape.

• Please observe rules regarding smoking, animals and stiletto heels.
• Bouncy castles are not allowed due to the integrity of the floor.
